Editor
The editor is the software component that allows you to edit rich text descriptions within all areas of Hypersay Events where you need to post information pertaining to the event. It is based around the idea of content blocks and it is compatible with pasting from Microsoft Word or similar sources.
Event
An Event is anĀ organised online gathering. It will become the result of all the configurations within Hypersay Events that enables a group of people to communicate, share ideas, and enjoy a shared experience.
Event Pass
Event Passes are invitations that Event Organisers can create to inform and allow attendees to join their events. The event passes contain magic links and are sent by email to attendees. Clicking the magic link allows the user to enter the event directly. Once a pass is used by an attendee, the event pass cannot be reused by another one.
FrontRow
Front Rows are up-to-six person audio-only 'rooms'/'spaces' that attendees can create during an event. Inside this audio and text chat bubble, the attendees can watch/listen to the event while speaking/sharing/commenting with 5 other people inside their Front Row. Front Rows allow attendees to mingle amongst themselves as they would in an auditorium corridor or comment on a talk they see on the stage. Anyone in the event can create their own FrontRow which can be private or publicly visible. They can invite other people to join.
Host (of an Interactive Space)
The host is a person (organiser or attendee) who has the right to manage an interactive Space (a special type of real time video room. See Space for detail). During the live event, the Host is on the Panel and can allow other people to join the panel.
