80% of the digital events are free for attendees. The rest rely on different ticketing / registration platforms such as EventBrite (https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/).
Free tickets are built into Hypersay Events and configured directly when you create an event. There is no set up necessary. You can customise the name, the description and the availability.
If you are running a paid event you will be using a 3rd party registration platform to handle payments: this can be your own website or a ticketing platform such as EventBrite.
In this situation there are 2 further steps required.
Step 1: Add the relevant ticketing platform link to the Tickets Page (see below). This action will replace the tickets box in the registration page with a redirect button.
Step 2: Export attendees from the 3rd party ticketing platform (csv file) and import them into the Organize > Attendees > Event Passes. This will automatically create invitations and magic links for them to join your event directly.
<aside> 🌐 Note: this step ensures your attendees will not have to log in to two different platforms (ticketing platform + live platform). The magic links will get your attendees through directly to your live event.
