Studio is a simple, yet powerful tool that lets you broadcast live directly from your browser.
Studio is a separate application. The link is available in the **Stage** section of your event organize app.
The link contains a secret URL that can be regenerated (if need be), and lets you invite any person to the Studio, even if they're not registered on the platform or in the event. This is very useful to quickly onboard speakers. Send this URL to a speaker and they can simply click to join the studio.
The studio is made up of two main parts: the preview and the stage itself. Only when you move yourself to the stage will you be part of what is streamed to the audience.
The preview section lets you setup your camera and your microphone. You can also look at what's happening on the stage to get ready to jump in.
Once you join the stage, the video is not yet broadcasted to the audience. An indicator on the top, let you know if you're live or not.
To go live you have to click on the Start Broadcast button. At this point the live indicator will be red and indicating that the video is broadcasted to the audience.
The videos of all the speakers are automatically arranged on the screen by the Studio. The Studio also takes care of situations like screen sharing.
