Events sometimes need to host 3rd party entities right inside the event. These entities can be sponsors, partners, exhibitors, and/or vendors. What they have in common is the need to be visible inside your event and sometimes even communicate with your attendees. Within Hypersay Events they are all supported through the same set of features.

Dynamic renaming

In Hypersay Events, you can easily change the way these 3rd party entities are represented visually during your event. By default we call them "sponsors" but you can rename them by using a pairs of words.

Currently available alternate names:

• Sponsor / Sponsors
• Exhibitors / Expo Area
• Vendor / Vendors
• Partner / Partners

Hypersay Events offers 3 tiers of sponsors, in the order of their complexity:
