Event Passes is a function within Hypersay Events that allows you to create event passes and share them with the people you want to invite to your event if you know their email addresses. The Event Passes can be shared in the form of a "Magic Link", a unique URL for each pass that can be shared using our automated email or any other communication channel you prefer.

To create Event Passes, go to Attendees on the left side panel, then click Event Passes.

You can either send the magic links individually, or you can invite multiple attendees at once.

To create individual Event Passes:

  1. Click Invite one attendee button
  2. Fill in the sections: Email, Name
  3. Select ticket type
  4. Select if you want to send an automated email
  5. Click Create

If you wish not to send the automated email containing the magic link, you can copy the unique link and use your preferred communication method to send it to your attendees.

  1. Click Invite multiple attendees
  2. Click Download sample CSV file
